Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect emails from one email box account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your email mailboxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just select the e-mail box account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
